Up for your consideration is my built Ulysses. I found another Buell I'd rather have, but I will only sell this one if the one I want is still available once I find a buyer for this one, so act fast!
2006 Ulysses. Bike makes well over 100 RWHP with the stock exhaust (should be 105-107, just haven't had a chance to dyno it again). Should make over 110 with a race muffler, Micron, etc. Officially 72,xxx miles, but nearly everything has been updated/replaced/improved, and everything has been checked.
-replaced stator with a low mileage unit
-new MOSFET voltage regulator
-new primary chain tensioner
-K&N filter with open air box conversion
-newly rebuilt top end (2,000 miles ago)
-NRHS stage III headwork
-NRHS 1250 kit
-NRHS CAT3 cams,
-NRHS pushrods
-S&S lifters
-Energy One Clutch
-cometic gaskets
-new, relocated ECM
-3 bearing rear wheel and axle with new bearings
-factory option highlighted rear pulley
-new brake pads and resurfaced rotors
-new front isolator mount
-XBR small RSS
-Pazzo levers
-EBR turn signals
-accessory low seat
-recently replaced drive belt (~4,000 miles ago)
-replaced fork seals and oil 2,000 mi ago
-Hero Blue plastics
-full set of Journey luggage that I refreshed with paint and spray-on bedliner
-Tuono mirrors
-3 different windshields (factory tall not pictured)
-2 extra flyscreens and airbox covers that need paint.
I am machinist/mechanic and can tell you every spec and nuance of this bike, as I turned every nut and did all the machine work myself, with the exception of the welding in the ports and installation of new, stronger valve seats, as I don't have the equipment for those. I honed the cylinders, gapped the rings ported the manifold and heads, cut the valve seats and spring heights to spec, decked the heads and cut the squish band, assembled and installed everything, and tuned the bike with ECM Spy, verified by our dynometer and O2 sniffer, and calibrated the fan tuning with Tuner Pro. I checked the crank when I had the motor apart, and it was rock solid with no end play. Bronze drive gear still looks new with no shearing whatsoever. This is a rock solid bike that is built to much tighter tolerances than when it rolled off the assembly line, and will haul more than the groceries! I'm sure I'm forgetting stuff
Asking $4300. Located in Fort Collins, CO.
