On the Baggers you roll the throttle forward to cut the rear cylinder off, is it the same concept on the XB or is it controlled...

    Over heating solution?

Hey guys, I have an XB12r but have a buddy I ride with that has the '25r. Sometimes in stop and go traffic he gets pretty warm. Check this youTube vid. I know some or maybe even all of the newer Harley baggers use this same concept as a stock option. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0CIfDEAYhq8

    Transmission noise after oil change

PS: First gear clunk is also noticeably quieter. Although I like that clunck, makes other bikes at the light give you a second look. :)

    Transmission noise after oil change

Applepooh- Not from Nor cal, born and raised in CO, then four years of school in AZ. I have family in SF, and Oakland but have been saying Hella as long as I can remember! snrusnak- I have no beef with RP. I run it in the motor, but redline in the primary. I had the RP in the primary, but it...

    Transmission noise after oil change

I think I had more primary noise after going to purple as well. I quickly drained the RP, and went to a redline oil that runs hella cool, and quiet. I never had any (knocking/clunking)noise however...? Good luck, hope adjustment solves the problem. R.
