    header polished?

A trick I used on mine: Take the scotch bright pad and wrap it around the header. Not to snug where it won't move and not too loose where you get a lot of slack. Use a piece of duct tape to secure it closed on the seam... and take a long strip of emery cloth (velco tape works too if your afraid...

    buellxb breather mod fail

I agree with Native. Check to make sure you didn't leave something in the throttle body or that the servo cable is not caught between the frame/airbox bottom or something else that keeps it from moving freely. Also make sure the Airbox bottom was installed between the seal around the throttle body.

    What Happend

In the mean time you can use the jumper method to check codes. Checking Codes without the spy cable. Also whats your intake/exhaust/map setup?

    need a quick opinion

Like Nwrider said with the heat gun. I would be tempted to heat with the backing still on them to shape them to the curve on a dry fit. Then when I was sure I got it flush with the contours, peel and stick.

The Paint should tell you. Different types of paints have different applications. Some will tell you to let it dry completely. Others only need it to set and depend on the slight tackiness for the next layer. You might also check the heat tolerance of the paint.Don't forget the layers of clear...

    New York Buellers?!?!

Much of how your paint job will turn out is dependent on the prep work you do. I'd start with a medium grit and work my way to a finer and finer grit. If you plan on using rattle cans OEM paint or another of your choosing, I'd make sure they are thoroughly mixed and the nozzles clean and free...

    Velocity Stack

part number for the stack should be .. P0025.1AAA VELOCITY STACK, 49mm At least that from the 2007 firebolt parts catalog.I think they're interchangeable though.

    Velocity Stack

If you can get a used one on buellster parts or something it might be worth your while. The shape of the funnel combined with the downward nipple on the airbox top help to direct more air into the stack.
