    Relay block teardown

I had some time and found a drawing of the starting circuit. Indicated in the highlighted portion is what I could add, I believe this could be viable way to add a relay to create an ACC circuit on the R. I in turn can use this to power the grips I have installed. What are your thoughts?

    Relay block teardown

You suggest that I splice directly into the highlighted wire, does this still run on the same circuit and relay?

    Relay block teardown

Has anyone done a write up on how to teardown and clean the relay block. I just had the top left relay burn the center pin and melt the housing a little. I know I need to clean the females with emery cloth; just don't know how to get into it. What else should I be looking for. 05' 12R 25k...

    Vacuum Line?

I have new Genuine James Blue seals on the way. I may also do the O2 sensor. I found on badweather that there is a Bosch replacement that works also, any thoughts on that? The O2 sensor is a regular stock at autozone and is $20.00 vs $50.00 for OEM

    Vacuum Line?

I have rough idle lots of popping and back firing, just started two weeks ago randomly no symptoms leading up to the erratic behavior. Mileage dropped from 55mpg to 40mpg. I read that it could be an intake seal leak. AVF is 132.1, just did a TPS reset with Buelltooth to see if that was...

    Vacuum Line?

Is there a vacuum line where I can pour some sea foam into? I would like to try clean my injectors without taking them off. Last resort is to take them off if I need to change out my intake seals.

2005 XB12R aftermarket exhaust mod help

For those of you who have gutted your exhaust, Other than sound, have you noticed any performance increase or decrease? (Power, Torque, MPG etc...) 2005 XB12R aftermarket exhaust mod help

I know there are threads out there but they are a few years old and I wanted to know if there are any new thoughts. I would like to gut my exhaust, I can weld well and know how to turn wrench's; but I am not sure where to go from just gutting it. I have looked at Drummer and Hawk both are a...

2005 XB12R aftermarket exhausts best of the two in thread

I know this is probably posted in the wrong place or even has been answered before. I would like the opinion on the difference between the Hawk and the Drummer exhausts. If I get either do I need to remap my ECM? If anyone has one they would like to sell PM me. I don't get on here all the...

Uni Filter Street Bike Air Filter for 2005 Firebolt 12 XB

I agree with lunatic, go with the K&N washable filter. Just make sure to let it dry and treat it prior to re installing it.

    Headlight Bezel

I had to buy both new headlamp assemblies within a few months of each other because the bezel broke and the lens fell out at highway speeds. You can always try buellsterparts.com as I found out there parts are less expensive than going through your local HD dealer.
