    Losing power

    not sure if related, but i had a smiliar issue, my power would kinda go out, and come back on. Turned out to be a loose ground wire. but as Silver suggested, a code would be your best bet as far as finding the issue.

    Sorry for the mix up. It was the Speedo that was going haywire. My bike has 5800 miles, and is a 2007. So far so good, with the new sensor installed.
