    Buell muffler ?

I understand that, Ive heard people use a modified jardine elbow. I have a extra elbow in my container of parts so I would just have to buy muffler and mock up if I go that route.

    Buell muffler ?

What kind of elbow did you use to go to the magnaflow? I have a jardine and I have to wear ear plugs which sucks. Im trying to mellow out the sound alittle so it isnt as loud. Thank you.

    Revision Moto XB-SG Slip-On Exhausts

How is the sound? I know it is hard to compare. Not sure what you had previous but Im trying to tone it down alittle bit from my jardine. I have the QWI in as well. Helps keep the decel pop not as noticeable. And there may not be a pipe that is "queiter" than what I have. Like I said before Im...

    Neutral light went out temporarily

Glad it worked. Not my video. Thats how I figured out the socket part was this guy. So whoever he is, he gets the credit.

    Breather Reroute

I have read through all these forums on the breather re route and still have not read a clear cut answer on whether you should do this. Im guessing the reasoning is because everyone lives in different areas and bikes react differently everywhere. So heres a question to add to the above attempt...

    Neutral light went out temporarily

:up::up::up::up: Im just glad i could actually contribute to these forums instead of sucking them dry of whatever info im asking about or looking for. Well if you count grinding and cutting socket.......maybe a 2/3 beer job. Very simple and easy procedure. The best way would be to get a...

    Neutral light went out temporarily

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Oefbj4SaLWk Try and get a longer one which I will be doing (just to have on hand). I was able to with a normal size socket and I cut it up similar but the longer one will give you better access and more room to turn socket. Just did this in the spring.

    AFV Questions

Oh ya im not going to tinker with the ECM at all. Ill be getting an exhaust and putting that on over winter and im just gonna get a new ECM from IDS and hopefully thats good enough. I have a headlight project ill be doing also. Just double checking the bike and all its nooks and crannys is what...

    AFV Questions

Yes bike runs fine. And thats why I have not touched anything because A) it runs fine and B) I have no clue what Im doing with ECMspy and dont want to mess anything up. But bike is pretty much done for the season so im starting to pack it up. Ill be doing some small things over the winter.

    AFV Questions

Ok, so in the process of researching exhausts I started reading about AFV values and how it will fluctuate depending on altitude and other factors with fuel, injectors, seals, etc. I checked my afv last week and it was at a 89.2%. Now I know you want it as close to 100 as possible and that if...

    Revision Moto XB-SG Slip-On Exhausts

Most likely, im gonna go with revision moto, just because they seem to be the only ones actively still making exhausts for our bikes. (availability is a huge factor, I did recently see a jardine from a XB12 for 250 on the forum) Best bang for the buck. I have my starting point. Get the exhaust...

    Revision Moto XB-SG Slip-On Exhausts

I really dont see how you can reinforce that area that broke. That looks like either rubbed enough material out of that mount hole from vibration and then broke or it just sheared right off. If it sheared off then yes you can make the mount thicker and stronger. Did the pipe mount break also?

And thats exactly what Im doing, shopping around trying not to break the bank. With 2 little ones at home obviously getting the best bang for buck and not dying at the same time is the goal.
