    I have a piece of sacrificial teflon cutting board there to guide it across much like a dirt bike... it does "smack" under extreme conditions however I way 270lbs so most of the slack on the old tubers goes away after I sit on her... as you all know the tube frames had to have a lot of slack...

    2000 x1 lightning stumping even the techs

    We had a x1 with a voltage regulator that once was hot would over charge the system... would sometimes but rarely blow fuses but would spike enough to fry ecu's... just a thought.... took about 3 months and a bad reputation to figure out... have also seen a key switch that would vibrate...

    check out the speed Tv link up there for ten more photo's of the girls... we snuck some of our pals and shop guys in most of the photo's... kinda thought it was like a 'waldo" thing... hell Speed channel thought they where cool enough to put on there page.. so that was a huge honor...

    oh and the stainless oil lines we did fab in house... there was bolting-on needed to affix them to engine... and the hand trimmed cam cover bolted on as well... and the mikuni 42mm and race kit from Buell racing bolted on as well...
