Speedtv.com shows off the Calendar - Loaded Gun

That's his personal bike, He's a Bueller. A large majority of his work has been in cars and cafe racers.

Ozzie,

I would be more than happy to explain what some may already notice.... more was cut-off than "Bolted-on" .... The frame started out life as a 98 M2 Cyclone I bought new in 98.. After cutting the rear section and modifying and shaving the passenger peg mounts and tubing tabs and etc. completely off the bike I started working on a better "Race" set up with no flex for rear sets.. seen in photo is my fourth generation universal peg and M2 Buell 6061 Mounting plates (which we make custom for the bikes?? if someone else is selling them to bolt on that you know of please let us know)... after great frustration and shaving all the tabs and extra stuff off of a X1 rear swing arm I installed some "harder Bushings" American Sportbike used to carry.... I then installed ceramic bearings into the x1 wheels and finished with some Pilot Pure tires (I know they just bolt on but I thought you would like to know they are 2pd.s lighter than anything else on the market)...I did need to make some cro-mo spacers as the aluminum ones seemed not to last long (a custom part we made on the lathe??) After My right hand guy taking my cardboard gauge plate and hand making it out of some aluminum sheet we had we installed a center warning light for neutral,(custom??) I mounted vortex clipons onto the Race Tech Sprung X1 Front end with casting marks removed and a "bolt-on"?? Bates center mount (any points here?? or is this still a bolt-on??)... I then installed my "bolt-on" custom made Works remote reservoir rear shock and made sure every heim joint and connection was upgraded, then we sent a set of Thunder storm Heads out for big valves "custom valve springs"?? and a Dragon Man custom?? port and polish, with wiseco pistons, SE 536 cams and some upgraded lifters this thing really howls... the clutch is a 9 plate with billet aluminum Custom??bolt-on?? spring center... then I "bolted on" the S1W 2.5" stainless collector to a completely str8 thru and shortened Vance and Hines shell (again we offer this service on many sportbike cans if this is bolt-on from somebody please let us know so we can stop doing it in house and send this pain in the ass job out), I run EBC pads and have a custom?? sintered iron front rotor (this does technically bolt-on but I do not believe they can be purchased anywhere again please let us know if possible) and I have upgraded to x1 Hand controls , S1W Body work sits on heated and bent upper seat tubes (for that euro look..does torching count as a bolt-on??) , the wiring is one-off(I again technically bought the wire from wurth so bolt on??) with Dyna ignition and simple fuse panel which actually a threaded and tapped for mounting on the rear seat tube( so technically still a bolt on??), the regulator is located in front of taillight for best cooling and protection on custom made plate which I did Bolt-on to rear body work, and then we did make aluminum taillight and license plate holder which again we di have to bolt-on... an integrated bolt-in?? tail light still allows blinkers, and custom bottom mount bates headlight and my personal favorite My "bolt-on" custom valved Beringer Brake lever with remote reservoir and the zero flex Beringer Clutch lever.... oh yes and I safety wired the grips which are renthal medium grip.... The chain drive you pointed out is actually a 520 conversion with aluminum rear sprocket and a cro-mo front just to save a little weight....

SO not really sure what custom is?? but our belief is that IF YOU cannot tell it is not a factory special (not that custom???) or home built (Custom??) .... then we must have nailed it!!!

This bike has been blown up, wrecked, turbo'ed (un eventful tragedy) raced, im-pounded, Blue, green, and now silver, she has been called a whore, a bitch, cussed at, pissed on, leaked, and in more shows over the years than you can imagine... but I have to be honest that "proud girl" there has never not been custom since I pulled out of the dealership in 98.... Of course thats just an opinion... and yours seems a little harsh for an old girl like mine...

some bikes my friend if you have them long enough... well they become like a horse to a cowboy.... and you just don't talk about another mans (insert women if applies) horse.....

Sorry I rarely post anything... and I am sure the hate mail will arrive soon...

AND I am a Bueller!!! I live and breath them!! and tube frames are cool as shit!!!

oh and the stainless oil lines we did fab in house... there was bolting-on needed to affix them to engine... and the hand trimmed cam cover bolted on as well... and the mikuni 42mm and race kit from Buell racing bolted on as well...

I like the dude in the calender picture with a drink in his hand. Lookn' like he wishes he was 20 feet closer!

Nice lookin bike.... I too would wish to be about 20ft closer if I were in that pic, but then all of the drool running down my chin would be visable..:D

check out the speed Tv link up there for ten more photo's of the girls... we snuck some of our pals and shop guys in most of the photo's... kinda thought it was like a 'waldo" thing... hell Speed channel thought they where cool enough to put on there page.. so that was a huge honor... Thanks guy's... this is a really cool site I have never really nosed around until yesterday... My good friend "flaya564" had told us about it a couple times.... turning wrenches and answering the phones takes most of my days.. so I don't get a lot of time to forum hunt.... feel free to send me a note.... Thanks again...

oh and Ozzie... Thanks so much for your discerning eye... if not for you I would not have checked out every post you have ever made... and would have never seen what a great site this is!!! Thank You...

And remember Buell's Rock!!! And the stuff coming from Erik Buell Racing is gonna be phenomenal!!!

Take the Ticket Ride the Ride!!!!

And that is Ari "Ms January".... she can be found bar tending in OC Maryland!!!! And signing Calendars at a Bike meet near you!!! (Jon can be found about 20feet away)

loadedgun do you have a chain tensioner on your tuber?

I know there isnt one in the pic but looks like a ton of slack and would gets some wicked slap with no tensioner.

I have a piece of sacrificial teflon cutting board there to guide it across much like a dirt bike... it does "smack" under extreme conditions however I way 270lbs so most of the slack on the old tubers goes away after I sit on her... as you all know the tube frames had to have a lot of slack so as not to stress the final drive pulley... slight chain kiss vs. new bearings in transmission .... you pick...

Plus I am no where near fast enough to need anything more extreme.... On another note....the 520 chains I/we do not recommend on street bikes as they do wear fast.. we have never had one break but I am sure they are that there limit.... a 530 is a much better set-up if you want to change your gearing for different tracks or just to bounce off your rev limiter at 100mph...lol..
