    I just checked the stator (resistance) and it passed with flying colors. Would it be possible to fry a brand new voltage regulator because it seems that when I replaces the regulator the bike was charging and running fine but after like 3 hours of riding it crapped out.     Ok so when I remove the key switch relay the Amps go from 1.3 down to .9A and when I remove the ignition it goes from about 1.3A down to 1A. I don't know if that's a significant drop or not.

    Blown Ignition Fuse- No Luck with findings PLEASE HELP

    Thank you everyone for the help. I took the fuel pump out and 2 wires inside rubbed on the metal assembly of the pump. I taped them up and had to get new seals and it worked like brand new. Really appreciate the advice and help from everyone!

    Well I'm an idiot. I don't know how I missed it but it's my fuel pump. It had high resistance and when I unplugged it from the circuit the fuse didn't blow. Plugged it back in and blew the fuse right away. Now I just have to figure out how to get the fuel pump out.

    I know how to use a multi meter but I just don't know where to find the specs for ohm readings on the terminals haha. All my ohm readings on every fuse were O.L. Except for te ignition terminal which were 108 ohms.

    So I disconnected the voltage regulator and the fuse stills blows right away. This time I even disconnected both headlights and it still blows right away. I guess it could possibly be the terminals then in either the fuse box or relay box. I'm completely running out of ideas

    That makes a lot of sense because the old relay looks burnt but it still ohms out right at the coil
