'03 9R-Blown Tranny-Complete Part Out or Sell

I have a 2003 hero blue 9r with a factory race kit. bought it off my buddy after he blew the tranny didnt want to fix it and didnt want to let harley bend him over to fix it. I havent quite decided what to do yet. i will sell it whole if the price is right or start parting it off depending on interest. Any offers or suggestions?

note-if part out the R bars and tail im keeping for my 12S

Ok everyone I am going to part it out. Me and my brother are going to tear into it next week and i will be trying to bag and sort everything i take off to make it easier to deal with. give me a couple weeks and i will post on here everything and prices. in the meantime if you have an offer on something pm me so i can keep track of it all. im thinkin this will be a bit of a headache with all the parts so bear with me. thanks everyone

Here are some pics so any who's interested gets an idea. Also, I'm not sure what is blown in the tranny. Our local Hardley dealer said 3000 parts and labor to fix, but I don't believe that.

Part it out and you will no doubt get near or better than 3000. On that note I could use the shift linkage and shifter if you go that route.
