PROBLEM FIXED/FOUND!!!!!!!

So the idle was too low and the tune was corrupt/lean. I think what happened was that when I unplugged the ECU it corrupted the tune. Then when I went to do the TPS reset I did it wrong by zeroing it at a tighter setting each time if that makes sense. In other words the idle screw is as tight as possible and it still idles around 900rpm. (Let me know if you have the EXACT procedure to undo this). Anyway I had to max out the idol screw at 900rpm and then go into the tune and richen the heck out of it at lower TPS and RPM levels until it held a steady idol. Bike still isn't perfect and chokes at some points, but its rideable and doesn't die in idol. Just glad I found the source of the original issue and now I have a clear path to perfecting how it runs. Thank you everyone for the help! Hope this helps out someone else in the future.

I didnt say anything about how the bike looked. I was referring to the late model crank in the early model bike.

In order to replace the crank, the bike and motor pretty much has to come completely apart. The frame gets removed from the motor and the motor gets fully disassembled. So, at one time someone took the bike completely apart and put it back together.

I'm not about to go into all of the "stuff he shouldnt have done that way".
