03 vs 09 Lightning Undertail?

Looking for an expert opinion on whether there is a difference between the 03 and 09 Buell Lightning undertail. The 03 of mine is definitely the short frame. Was this same tail/subframe available on the 09 version?

All the same through the years except the ss and tt. Those are the long tails.

The Chinese lady at east carbon is telling me that this model shown here is a 09 XB9SS. Looking at the picture, I'm not sure if I totally believe her. I really want this undertail but don't want to gamble on the $200 if it probably won't fit. Can anyone confirm if this is a SS or regular S?

Because of the arch on the subframe itself, that looks to be the s frame. The SS, from all of the pictures I have looked at the long frame has nearly zero arch. Maybe the product being sold isn't the actual one pictured.?

That picture is of a s. You can tell by the seat, it's a scg seat. But that doesn't mean that is the picture of the actual part like fortysix said.
