So the other night I rode the bike for about 30 minutes, parked it at a grocery store, came out and started it up, started to pull out and then the ignition fuse blew. I swapped it out for one of the spares and went off, continued riding around. Well after about 5 starts later and about and hour or two of riding, I started rolling down a hill with the engine off and figured I might as well just start it with the clutch. I popped it in first and dropped the clutch for a second, it didn't start. So I stopped and tried to start it with the starter, nothing, so I put the second spare in and it blew instantly and kept blowing them instantly after that when I would flip the kill switch. I read here to pull the triple tee off and check the harness, which I did. I couldn't find any frayed wires or worn wires, so I taped the harness back up and then started it perfectly. NOW, however, it will randomly blow the ignition fuse in the middle of riding.

So basically:
Blew fuse in parking lot, new fuse
Blew fuse after trying to start it while rolling with the clutch
Instantly blew fuses after that
Tore harness apart in search of frayed or broken wires, nothing.
Taped the harness back up and it started fine
Now randomly blows fuses, so far has only happened at high RPMs

Try a new relay.

Look under relay box, check out wires, especially the green wire, looking for worn insulation.

Recent thread found their issue in the run switch itself.

Alright I'll check it out and let you know something. Should I trace the wire or just directly under the relay box?

Well today the speedometer would randomly stop working. Upon turning the switch off and on again it would start working. Could this be related?

On the actual ignition switch there are two Phillip screws takes those out and Check the wires on the bottom of the circuit board. I had this problem and had to re solder the wires back on and it's good as new.

Speedo issue would be separate issue. Speedo sweep at start is, I think, ECM function. A failed speedo will still sweep so you can't go by that.
