I'm getting ready to buy a cf/fiberglass oil cooler cover from Motocomposites. They list xb9/12 as 5-row covers, 06-08 xb12 as 6-row and xb9/12 as 8-row. I know the later years has the 8-row.
I believe mine is the six row (5 spaces in the middle with 6 fins). I though all early xbs had 6-row. Was there ever a 5-row oil cooler (4 spaces with 5 fins) or would that be some sort of typo or older part? I did email them and I'm waiting for a reply, plus I'm new to Buell bikes and mine had been modded. I pretty much have a count of what was done so now I'm trying to switch out some bodywork. Thx.
