09 ecm ? ? ?

hi, looking into a new bike this year, a bolt or a lightning 09, still very undecided & so is my wife

now for the question that gets done to death...

can I remap this ecm?

To add to the problem I live in Australia, so a trip to mike @ Xopti is of the cards & and I know f@#k all about emc spy...

after the run in duration I would like to put an after market exhaust system on, full (hopefully micron) or slip on ??? plus air intake mods are on the cards to, but not if cant have the bike tuned accordingly! I will want to do these mods!

can it be done?
