Long story short I need to rebuild them. what oil and weight are you guys running for street use? What all should i buy and where the best place? But my biggest question what all needs to be done to them to get powder coated? And if someone has got them coated what cost am i looking at? Lots of questions i know thanks guys

I just did my 1125 forks for my lightning. it was about 125 to coat them. I ordered new dust seals and oil seals as well as the o rings that are under the fork caps. I use maxxis 7.5 weight oil. you just completely disassemble them for coating.
 
xb12rs, how did they go back into the triples? I've always been worried about the thickness of the powder paint, and then cracking it when I tightened down the clamps.
 
yes I took them completely apart. not hard at all. download the service manual and it gives you a step by step. the top but and adjuster come off as one piece then you take them apart once they are off the fork.
