the shifter arm is cut out of 1/4" plate aluminum with a bushing press-fit into the pivot point. quality hardware, and fasteners used.
it took me several attepts, and some re-work to get it right. the extra holes are drilled so you can adjust the shifter throw and tab position to your prefernces.
this is a bolt-on set up. i switched it between bikes at a trackday when a super-cool friend let me ride his CR for a few sessions.
i have been riding with this set-up for just over 6,000 miles. i make these by hand one at a time, so they all won't be exaclty the same and there may be some delay if these get popular.
