So after planing to go see the bike finally got to go yesterday,4 hour trip totally worth it, bike was is good condition as expected, had few scufs on the airbox cover (tank) sounds great with the barkers exhaust on it loved the sound on idle, coudnt test ride it, but the sales man did it for me, ( their policy) the only thing that bothered me was that on the swing arm where the riders shoe woud touch the swing arm the pain was gone, i thought someone droped the bike but fortunately not because it was on both sides same spot, no cracked plastics but they werent very clean there was some light scratches on it but who cares im probably going to to paint it with alpine white my fav color..seems that the last owner left it in the rain, some bolts had rust on them still not a biggie for me (had worse bikes).. Had brand new tires never used, the dealer put them on it, barkers exhaust, aftermarket grips and barend mirrors, not s big fan of them. So this was the cr that im going for.. Whats stoping me: there was another one a 1125 R, that one i would say its in mint condition, very clean no scratches ornamything of that nature, very low miles only 5000 on it red color, so now im still deciding here, i like the cr much more than r model, im not really a big fan of the R's frond end, thats the only reason im not getting the R, unless theres a kit to convert from r to cr then id get the r right away, they both have barkers on, i need some opinions here what should i do, i love the cr's look, but the r one is in better condition!! I will put pics in a few

If you already don't like the R front, I'd just go for the CR - I did. I absolutely love the thing (and yes I still love my 12R/S as well).

Mine also came with a little surface rust on the bolts (still need to mend), hairline scratches on the plastics, overall filth from not being meticulously cared for, and an after market exhaust (Dean Adams type :D)

Scratches on the plastics can be fixed, bolts can be painted or replaced, and the bike can be washed.

The biggest thing to watch for is the charging system (and clutch weep). Mine was already taken care of, so I was not nearly as hesitant. If the charging system (cooling rotor and upgraded regulator) hasn't been done, I highly encourage you to do it before it fails - which it will.

P.S. - If I had the funds, I'd steal the CR from the dealer out from under you!

I asked them if they did the rotor but they didnt know if it was, but it the other side the bike hAs 16k miles on it and from being riden that much that long, it would fail during the time riden i beleive it did fail, i dont really care about cosmetic issue it can be done easier than other stuff..
U dont know where that delaer is located, bike is priced at 4000$ damn im soooo getting it

Are you sure I don't know where it is? Consider that in one of your pictures the name of the dealer is visible...

I was going to add, I did see some carbon fiber pieces that are supposed to protect the swingarm from heel rub. They may be able to cover up those spots.
