1125r forks size? 39mm or 43mm or ?

I want to buy some clip on bars for my 1125R but not sure what size diameter the forks are near the top. Does anyone know?

Im pretty sure they might be the same size as the 08+ xb's at 43mm but contact EBR or your local buell dealer should know for sure.

43mm is the diameter of the lower part of the fork(the part that moves). the upper portion will be bigger. you should measure it.

I believe them to be 54mm, but like said, you should measure them to be sure. No, on second thought, I'm thinking that is the 05 back fork size. I'm sure my 04 is 54mm.

The inside part of the fork(41/43mm on the XBs) is 47mm. Unfortunately I have no idea what the top of the fork is. I do believe that part is the same as the XBs as well.

One feature of Buell's new racing frame is bigger indents that will allow the use of clip-ons

Sounds like the current frames won't

I found out they are 53 mm forks.

the top portion is 53, and thanks for sharing. FYI when talking about the forks they are 47mm forks. forks are sized by the smaller of the two tubes. on inverts its the active fork, on traditional forks its the fixed fork.

Yep, I ordered some renthal clipons and took top triple tree off and had motorcycle shop measure them. Should be pretty cool when finished.

Hey guys, I found out the real measurement for clipons for the 1125r and cr is 54mm. I spoke with rep earlier from EBRacing. My renthal clipons fit but are very snug. Just FYI. (54mm)
