So after doing a shitload of reading and research both here and many other places I ran across this idea for an exhaust chop...just FYI...the easiest way to do these mods is to cut the can into 3 pieces as mentioned on other threads
After cutting the can apart and removing all the middle tubing I welded in the shortest cross tube I could manage, it's coming from the inlet going straight to the front chamber

Then slipped the center section back on and welded it back into it's original position

The tip was a bitch, I'm just glad these cans are tough cuz I beat the hell out of it, I didn't have a dremel so I chopped the tip tube off with a chisel then bent the jagged pieces flat with a ball-peen(I told ya I beat it to death)

The result is an awesome deep growl at WOT and just a nice low easy drone at cruising, it's not hard on the ears at all but definatly turns heads when ya get after it, I'm very happy with how this turned out, and would like to offer some serious props and thanks to the person that mentioned this mod option(can't remember who it was but thanks bro!)
After looking at some of the big name modders(hawk, ops...etc) I was disgusted at what people were paying for! It only took me 2 hours to do this including removal and installation and saved myself $250-$425 in doing it
The closest resemblance to this would be like a reverse or inverted voodoo which connects the two tubes at the rear the dumps into and exits in the front chamber(voodoo's look really odd to me)...
As for power/torque? After a quick TPS reset with me new ECMspy my scg has gained some balls!... it gained in both top end and low end pull, it starts as soon as I touch the button and idles as it should without bouncing across the floor, I'm very happy with how this turned out...
Later,
KC
