I have one almost exactly the same as that top one [up] good jacket. mine's also an xl and it's too big for me but I wore it in cold weather and it was easy to wear a hoodie under for extra insulation.

What are the dimensions on the XL. Chest, arm length. Does it have a liner?

From the top of the shoulder to the wrist is 25", and 18" across the chest. It does have a quilted liner. It is for colder weather.
