i took over the payments from my neighbor some years back, i never retitled it.my experience dealing with motorcycles people like to see an original title with 3 miles stamped on it.an ive keep the bike in my spare bedroom climate controlled room temp,all year round i refuse to keep it in the garage muggy ,damp 160 degrees in the summer..

So then the title is not in your name and you can't legally sell the motorcycle? I think i'll pass. :^( I don't want any problems trying to register this bike.
