If any one is in need of Changing their plugs I recently changed my plugs they weren't that old but I felt like my throttle just wasn't there so I figured I would try this before I really started to rip things apart . I changed to ngk
DCPR9EIX iridium plugs. WOW what a difference really brought my machine back to life I highly recommend these plugs .

Great plugs...
Most Buellers are running them, seem to be the standard here. I ran them for about 7K miles with great results.

I can almost hear the eye rolls as I wright this next line but I've been running these plugs and love them so far.

My bike was already a beast after the rebuild but they seem to slightly smooth out cruising speed and WOT is noticably different. Gas mileage is no better, may be worse. More than likely the way I ride not the plug.

Brisk plugs are great plugs if you don't mind spending $17.00 a plug. By the way my eyes did not roll. :)

Is that link to the part number for the xb12s?

Thank you for clarifying. Come spring I plan on changing my plugs and was going to do the standard iridium upgrade, but these look interesting. How is the lifespan, I see they are copper, so I would guess about the same as the OE plugs.

I've been looking for service life on the Brisk website without any luck but on a lot of sites the common number is 20K max life. I'm not sure how reliable the number is.

I've had them in for about 1500 miles now and like them. WOT was always nice but Buella seems to pull a bit harder. The whether has been good and my commute is between 65-95 miles round trip depending on the rout I take, I've had some saddle time recently.

I will get another set when it's time to replace.
