With the market right now, miles, year, and its an xb9. I hope you are either ok with having it sit or you dont really want to sell it cause thats worth about $2800 market value.

You couldnt even brother investing a few more minutes of your time to post some pictures so I am going to assume you dont NEED to sell it, at least soon.

There does seem to be a lot of '03 Buells being put up for sale lately.
Like Loki said, upper 2s seem to be about the price range they're at right now. Id go as far as lower 3s if it's in immaculate condition. Mid 2s if it's in eh condition.

Now for me to be able to scrounge up enough cash! Would love to add another buell to the stables!
