So why do you like the 9 gearing better than the 12?

The 12 is geared slightly taller since the rev limit is 400rpm lower. People like to put the xb9 primary gears in the 12 to gear it down a little and get some extra torque. It would be the same thing as putting a slightly bigger sprocket on the back of a normal bike, unlike ours where you're stuck with the stock gearing.

Atomic, got it! Will package up and ship either Monday or Tuesday (depends when I get the wife's car back on the road).

It sold for $4100 w/o the carbon fiber stuff, heat barrier, spares, and luggage. I believe this is a fair price for both us know. No killings here...

No definitely fair. I'm hoping to find one right around $4k with no more than 20k miles, once I can get another paycheck or two in my bank account.

I haven't. I keep an eye out on badweb just because the classifieds seem to have a bit of activity but I'll see what I can find over on Buelletinboard

Might also want to check eBay if you're willing to go out on a limb. They usually sell for the bottom of the barrel...Unlike Craigslist which seems to attract overpriced sellers.
