It looks like it's time for the Uly to find a new home.
I'm asking $4,000 (Low retail price from nada.com) but please feel free to make an offer.
It has the lowering kit, custom flat-black/orange metallic paint, custom cut Buell logo in the air box cover, drummer exhaust, K&N filter, air box delete, breather re-route, Xopti map, ECM Spy cable, new Iridium plugs, Scorpion Sync tires (Rear was replaced late this season, only has a couple hundred miles on it. Front was new last season,1000 miles maybe), new battery this spring, high windshield, lowered seat (factory standard on the later Uly's I believe), it's ran on Amsoil 20w50 since I bought it. It has always ran like a champ.
I hate to see it go, but I don't have anywhere to store it anymore and old man winter has put a cramp on my riding. (That, and the Ms. wants something significantly smaller and more shiny.)
In interest of full disclosure, this bike has been repaired after a crash. (It wheelied on me coming off a stop light, I fell off, it took a tumble.) The damage was mostly cosmetic, but there is a small dent behind the frame puck. It was filled and painted when the paint was re-done. It does have a clean title. It also needs a new exhausts clamp up front, and the header wrap has been removed.
