Front pads have less than 2 miles on them

Dent in headers, scratches here and there from my faint
It has been laid down in my neighborhood on the curb next to East Centrals football stadium, I turned into the neighborhood and felt a fainting episode coming on, sadly enough I remember getting to the curb and almost stopped but woke up on my back in the grass. I faint and it started two years ago, with that being said I bet my ass I have not put more than 10 miles on it in two years. Ive held on to the bike hoping the fainting would stop and I could start riding again, but I doubt its going to happen.
Im not the best rider, or a mechanic, but I will answer questions to the best of my ability.
