2008 Buell XB12XT with just shy of 25k miles, clean Maine title. Adult owned, raced, dropped once, still has it's 2024 Mid-Ohio tech sticker.
The bad - As noted, I dropped the bike once at NYST, frame puck ate 95% of the hit, puck has been replaced but there is some frame rash underneath. OEM handguards got rashed on one side, not re-installed, MotoA tech made me cut the mount bolts. Heated grips trashed as well, so new grips in their place. Windshield was an aftermarket one, trashed, NOS front wind deflector sourced and installed, no windshield though. Bike is still on race tires, depending on timing and how other things progress I may able to swap on a set of Bridgestone S23s off the Buell's potential replacement.
The good - Bike has been gone through, ECU replaced with a new one from IDS with a matching tune for the K&N air filter and Drummer SS exhaust. Old ECU has been remapped to match and is in the spares kit. New Renthal bars to replace the old steel units, new battery as of Aug 2024, original battery still tests good if you want it as a spare. Fuel pump rebuilt, plus spare pumps and original in the spares kit. Matrix steering damper, aluminum front belt pulley to replace the HEAVY steel unit (now with ti nut retainer bracket), and the currently mounted rear wheel is a NOS Buell XBRR Magnesium unit with a lightweight billet rear pulley, XBRR style lightweight rear rotor, new bearings and spacer and all Ti hardware with less than 200mi on it since being unwrapped. Sporting a Dunlop R7 with 10 minutes of qualifying on it at Mid Ohio. Front has a new EBC rotor sporting the last generation EBR mounting hardware, an R3 with multiple events on it but still wearing beautifully. Clutch upgraded with an STM slipper and Alto Carbonite clutch pack. Full OEM hard luggage and top case, full T-Rex crash protection setup.
The spares kit has:
- OEM Rear Wheel with rotor/pulley - New unused Dunlop rain mounted 8/24
- Spare OEM rear pulley
- OEM ECU, IDS Drummer tune, possibly aging out
- OEM Clutch

I've got the replacement bike in the garage, but I can't start that project until I start freeing up revenue or getting a cash injection and the season is RAPIDLY approaching so... fire sale time. $4k, bring a truck with room or a trailer and take my whole Buell kit and be the only kid on the block with a Buell that's raced in Super Hooligans. I'm not haggling, I'n not taking trades, payment plans, time share deeds, etc. No discounts for only taking some of it, and no promises on how long I'll be in this mood.
