ok well i did everything you suggested and but it back together/just waiting for the rain to stop and road to dry up so i can test it. i was going to turn it around till i saw the manual stating the mark facing up and near valve stem. i will keep you posted thank you for your time

Don't forget that even a rotor that is ok can have brake pad build up on it that will cause a pulsing that feels exactly like a warped rotor if the pads aren't bedded properly.
