Did you look at Harley Davidson’s webpage? They once used to supply Buell with parts and motorcycles, so maybe they have owners manuals too?

St. Paul Harley has reprint hard copies available if you don't mind the cost. I bought a complete set of manuals including a parts catalogue for my 2010 XB and they have been real handy to have around.
