For reference ive always wanted a Buell and finally had some extra money to pick up a project. The PO stated the bike had possible fuel pump issues, and now im trying to figure out where these lines go and if theyre replaceable.

OMG  What did they do to that poor bike.
You need the fitting at the fuel pump outlet. Put the top line on it and throw the other one away.
So basically I need to detach this quick connect fitting and put on a whole new hose, ? Or do I need to find the proprietary hose?
I mean the good news is, with a new battery she turned over so i know shes not froze up.

It's not proprietary, but I would suggest the ease of just buying a replacement.
Here's a used one:

FYI, the O-rings on the stud of the fuel pump flange are different sizes so don't mix them up, and do NOT over tighten that little nut, it breaks easily.

Also It just might be the right time to PM Barrett for a fuel pump rebuild kit. It will come with al the internal stuff, like fuel filter and commonly broken internal fuel line. It's a great might-as-well, if you're fixing this up and don't want trouble later.

There's easy tricks to make that job very easy:
