Sorry for kicking a dead horse here fellas but what is the deal with the compatibility issues with the ecm spy program and the 2009 buells will it not work have I wasted my money?

well chances are if you've bought something, you've bought the cable. No you have not wasted your money by buying the cable. There will be a new version of ECMspy out soon that will autotune your bike.

Go to ecmspy.com the ecmread is out. You must first have MONO, which from what I can tell is a programming environment like basic,C, etc. It is a free download as well. As to how to use it I have no idea. There is a manual out there, but I must say it is over my head, or just not clicking yet. I think you also have to get the free download of TunerPro as well.

If you figure it out, get back back on here and post in a way everyone can understand.

Dont waist money on copied programs. get Tunerpro and ecmread both free.

both together give you every aspect of the ecm.

some people are colibrated together and have the power to recompile the same program over and over changing the name and ect. when its nothing more than a mire copy of the same thing. 1/32 of the ecms data

also search for Tunerpro here and ecmread.

while searching do your self a favor and follow ecmspy.com. Don't fall trap to a ready made map made elsewhere in a different climate, altitude and ect. it will be better possibly but not worth your $$ IMO. The ecm is designed to use the O2 believe it or not. Once you get Tunerpro and the xdf files to your ecm you will see tables graphs and ect . the whole ecm exposed. Just Like the manufacturer has that makes the ecm. So far no body has not even been close to doing such a tool as Ecmspy has.


the full ECMMONO is in Beta Test Currently. It uses mono and is 100% more powerfull than ecmspy.
When Ecm Mono Is out to the Public I will tell you guys.

If you want my free excel tunerpro sheets let me know. I have the only authorized ones made from the xdf files and tunerpro layouts.
