2009 XB12r Frame questions

Well after not have a buell since I was hit on mine back in 2009 I got a deal on one that was too hard to pass up. Only little problem is the frame is broken and I need to replace it. My question is which years and models would work? I have seen some conflicting info on here and don't want to buy a frame that won't work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

08-09 should work fine, 2010 has a different fuel pump setup but from what I'm told, the 08-09 can be upgraded to it with some minor work. Safe bet, get an 09.

From a quick ebay look 08-09 are not common does 04-07 not work? Also does it have to be an r frame or do any of the 08-09 xb frames work?

AFAIK, the frames are the same for R or S models unless they're Uly or Long (SS?)

Earlier model frames may be different, I don't know.

If anyone has a frame, shifter and linkage please let me know. Also will be looking for front R stay.

by the photos I have seen so far, they all seem to be just like my 2004 frame... I would think any differences would be easy to overcome
