2009 xb12r wont start!

ok so i just bought a 2009 xb12r with 15k miles on it has hawk performance exhaust and race ecm was riding it home the other day and started running real rough then had no power at all followed by it completely cutting out.
Now the thing wont start. Heres what i have tried so far replaced both plugs old ones were both fouled out still no start. But if i spray starting fluid in it now it will start up and just die right away. Last note its when trying to start without either it doesnt even try to fire at all.

check your fuel pump fuse

fuse is good and i hear to fuel pump whine still when turning the key on

oh also i did the tps reset procedure when switching between the 2 ecm's but is there any way to tell if the reset was actually successful

not tat im doing some listening around i dont think that is the fuel pump i hear running when you first turn the key on cause its coming from the tb and when i put my hand where the fuel pump actually is i dont hear it or feel it vibrating when i first turn the key on. could i possibly have a bad pump?

ya what ive been hearing is the iac so how can i go about testing the fuel pump?

I would pull pump from frame and test sending unit with jumper wires if it works it's in the wiring if not it's the sending unit itself.

Pulled the pump and it tested bad so replaced with one form a 2003 mustang and now sbes running like new again

Sweet, our fuel pumps are interchangeable with a ford mustang?

Ya lol and it saves yoh allot of money cause yoh can get just the pump and. Ot the housing and regulator
