that makes perfect sounds right and its another 45 mins to my house so about 5 hours. no luck with the sale?

Low ballers and bailers... Debating keeping it, we will see... No time to ride with work and baby... Friend wants it, but just for the motor in a project, would be a pity to strip it so holding off... Not in a rush. I want the right person to have it, someone who will enjoy it and not kill themselves...

$5500 with cycle shell... Registration lapsed, just paid insurance... If I get low balled any more might just reregister it and keep it for weekends...

I don't think people are lowballing, but looks like a lot of work needs to be done to put it back in perfect condition. GLWS

The low balls are the craigslist weirdos... Not the people on here!

The close up shots are of the front before installing the new metal brackets, turn signals and headlight.

Pictures don't do it justice, and me being as upfront as possible took bad pictures up close.

Header is fine, no cracks, not too big a dent. Could have wrapped it like others do, but want everything to be seen. no need to replace it, and if I did it would be stock... Which the next owner is just going to replace anyway. Waste IMO.

Wheel bend is not in the bead, and isn't as bad as photo shows, but had to angle camera to show it. Happened first few months, got cut off, swerved and hit a pothole. No shakes or wobbles. 4000 miles ago.

The bike rides beautifully, when I can ride it, which is never. I'm not looking for someone to take a "problem" off my hands, if I had a job I could ride it around, to and from work, I wouldn't want to sell it. I am an audio video installer, I need to carry tools, equipment like amps and televisions and the bike isn't cutting it... Then I get home to my 6 month old, and between being exhausted and wanting to play with her, I forget its parked in the back!

I'm looking for someone who is looking to enjoy this bike. I'm not desperate, just hate it sitting around when someone should be enjoying it.

Thanks for reading.

SOLD!

Maybe if my situation improves, and I can get a job I can commute on a bike with I'll get another one... My current job does not let me do so as I have to pick up materials and equipment. And free time on weekends is non existant!

Sucks, but it is going to a friend who will actually ride it! Maybe I can borrow it occasionally... :)

Thanks for looking, good luck to everyone!

Is there a way to close a thread? not seeing anything... not sure if It's because I am typing this on my cell phone.
