2009 xb9sx maps?? unicorn?

Ive never done a map to any bike before but i just purchased a deanadams exhaust and have been looking for a good map to go along with it. Obviously i wanted to go with the buell race ecm but they stop making them on their site for 07s i think. Where do people with 2009 models get theirs? Will Buell ever come out with them? I read somewhere they said they would but its been some years now i think whats out is whats out Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

Side note: while were kinda on the subject, what are the best air filters to upgrade to from stock ?

if you have an 07 youre in luck, pick up ecmspy and a cable and tune away! No stock map (even a race one) is going to match your setup/conditions as good as a custom tune.

Ian, he has an 09.

The custom tune is the right way to go (talk to squid at the tuniversity), but you can buy a race ecm from EBR if you choose that route.

The tuniversity is the way to go man! I have an 09 xb9sx and his service is probably the best thing I've spent money on my bike for!

Ebr ECM

Pipercross is the best air filter .
I'd say if you go the ebr ECM route the one programed for a d&d would be a close match.

thanks for all the info, ill look into everything today but from the sounds of it i think the custom tune does sound best
