2016 BUELLXB Calendar - ORDER FORM

Well guys, its time to order the 2016 Calendars.

The voting ends tonight (01/06) and ill be finishing up the final design to send to the printers.

Calendars will be $13.00 each plus $5.75 for shipping up to 3 to the US. If you are ordering outside the US, please email me at [email protected] and let me know the number of calendars and your address to figure out shipping.

Orders will be taken through Sunday Jan 10, 2016 at 11:59pm. I plan to place the calendar order first thing Monday morning Jan 11. PLEASE order ASAP, I do plan to order a few extra but not many.....

I know this is moving really fast but im trying to get these in your hands before January ends

Paypal is the preferred payment method. If you do not have paypal, please contact me directly.

When paying by paypal please send payment as a "gift" or you must add 3%, or $0.56 per calendar to cover paypal fees.

Anyone not following these directions will have their payment refunded and no calendar order.

How to order a calendar
1.To order please fill out the form below
2.Submit payment to [email protected] via paypal
In your paypal submission, please send it as the topic "BuellXB Calendar" and be sure to include your USER NAME. It wouldn't hurt to confirm your shipping address as well.
3.You're done! Contact me with issues
