no warranty, bought it used...

I guess what I was really getting at was, is there anything that I can't do myself that is crucial? I don't have a lift or anything, but it seemed like most of the service was pretty easy, expect some stuff, adjust some stuff, replace some stuff??

you do not have to do your services at the dealer to keep warranty ...you can buy it bring it back 23 months later with a problem and it will be covered ,s long as you.. save your oil receipt ..

I was quoted £270 for my Uly's 5k service which is a stretch this month after needing tyres recently.
Just ordered ALL the parts (except engine oil but with trans oil) from a main dealer by mail order and they cost £23!!!

Just had mine done. 290 bones after tax, wouldnt have done it if I didnt want to keep my warranty.

You can still keep your warranty if you take the bike to an independant Buell dealer. I think I'll get one of these dealers to do my main 10k services (quoted £225 locally) and then do the interims myself.
