Man, I really want some engine sliders, but I dont like that design. With the pegs that stick out I would be afraid of it hooking up on something.

I wish someone would make case savers for the XB like these;

Thaloc, those case sliders wouldn't protect our frame or exhaust. Thy stick out for a reason.... My headers are my biggest investment and I had LSL... They sucked!

Unfortunately, they were delayed another few days. This is the part that is very aggravating to me. [mad] I have been promised a Wednesday hand delivery (fingers crossed). Sorry this seems to keep on dragging out. This was certainly not anticipated...

I may start to create shipping labels in the coming days so look out for that. All else is sitting in boxes awaiting the hardware...

I was looking at different case sliders shopping around and the 5-0s look the best and i decided on them already. But after seeing the pics of them on the bike I am definitely sold.

That's a very real problem, it's been brought up by the Euro dudes before - (can flip the bike)

Understandably so, but the length of our sliders were designed to not stick out much past the components they are to protect even though some of the pics make them look like they do.

Do you have a link where they experienced this? It would be worth reading through for us all.

Used to have it in my 150+ Link thread but deleted because of what they said. I've googled forever & can't find it. Either way, the guy raced in a bike club and said he'd seen it happen to "several" - as he'd put it. It was convincing enough I took the thread off my list.

I'm not a racer more of a pleasure rider, to me it's a risk I'm will ing to take. Because if you go down with out slidders your looking at alot of money in damages anyway.
