Just got back from a weekend ride up the Devil's Highway (Formerly Rt. 666, now US 191 in Arizona).

It's 123 miles with nearly 1000 turns and 5000 feet of elevation change.

Bike ran a little funny once we got real high up, but I suppose that's normal. Check out the pics.

I'll take some "Chicken Stips" pictures next time. I didn't know that was the thing to do. ;-)

It ranged from 95 degrees down to 35 degrees.

I must say that this Buell handles like a CHAMP through the tight twisties. Intuitive steering for sure!

Decal removal = The Way to go.

Awsome pictures. The scenery looks beutiful. You said the temperature swung from 95 to 35. WOW!!! How do you prepare for that clothing wise? [confused]

I have an Icon Motorhead leather jacket. Rode without liner when it was hot, and put the liner in when it was cold. [cool]

When it was 35 I hated life though.

Yea, if you ever make it to Arizona with your bike (or a rental) Do this ride FOR SURE!!

123 miles of over 1000 turns with NO TRAFFIC! I only passed two people in the whole ride.
