Has anybody bought these levers? I know some people have bought GSXR levers and had to modify them, but these claim they are bolt on, no mods. Anybody have a review good or bad?

I searched XB9 shorty levers on ebay and found some from "shine trust" and this seller: mototo12282010

Saw those, too...look good and the seller has gotten good feedback so far. Granted they are almost $100 after you figure in shipping, but still a lot cheaper than pazzo's. Only one set for a buell purchased so far, and that feedback reads "Resolved the problem quickly and effectively!"...wonder what the problem was...

Good find, I hadn't seen those before. They look like the same exact levers as the gsxr levers, probably just cost more since they're the only cheap ones out there for Buells.

As far as the quality of the levers, I love mine a lot. They feel so much better on my hands, and the front brake works a lot smoother in stop and go traffic, but I'm still glad I saved the $45 and just spend the 30 minutes on the grinding with mine.

when i was changing leavers on my gf katana, i held them to my s3 and they look like they will work! might have to grind a little bit off the tab to make the bolt whole line up. i will try and report back.

$27.80 shipping? Yikes. Well they are from Hong Kong. Wonder where they are made :D

What happened? It took a long time to ship? Not really able to follow your rant...

IRULE-That was the sort of thing I wanted to know. Word of mouth is important to me-especially with stuff that is obviously made overseas. So what are the other options for shortys without spending $200? I don't mind filing down GSXR levers, but have heard sketchy things about front brakes locking up when doing that? Anybody with experience doing this have advice???

The front brake only locked up on someone because they hadn't filed it down. If you put the lever on how it comes it will be pressing on the front brake already. If you take the time to file it down you'll be set. [up]

Mine came from someone named Motogp888 and I was pretty pleased. Shipping was pretty quick considering they came from Hong Kong, about a week and a half, maybe 2 weeks.

irule - yikes, that does sound like a huge pita! Thanks for the clarification!

All I can say is good luck. I just didn't have a good experience and I am going to tell anyone who will listen.
