Hello,
New guy here from NYC. I've been lurking about on the forums since I got my 06 Firebolt this summer, leaching what knowledge I could off your posts, while trying to tweak/improve my bike and educate myself on being a Buell owner/rider. I have only posted twice (Location thread/Job thread).I suppose I'm long over due for a formal intro. Anyway, its a pleasure to meet you guys...

Thanks smith. Addiction is an understatement! I wouldn't have had the courage to pull off half the stuff I did on this bike if it wasn't for the innovation and genius circulating on this board.

Looks great. Where'd you order the tank pad? I've seen those but thought they came in a set with the sides. I wasn't sure if you could order just that one piece.

Thanks Up,
I got the Tank pad from ASB.
Buckle Guard - American Sportsbike
They used to be sold as a whole set and then they stopped including buckle guard and just started selling them as airbox sides, tank sides, a set with both , then the buckle guard separate. Perhaps the inclusion of buckle guard in the set affected the sales of their more expensive Carbon Buckle Guard. I was going to do the tank sides and buckle pad, but after I found out it was no longer included, I decided to experiment with the EBR logo in Carbon vinyl graphics... and just get the Guard for 14 bucks before spending money on the rest.
Word to the wise though, the adhesion for that buckle gaurd seems ok , but you have to get it right the first time. I tried to partially adjust it and the glue sheet separated from the guard. I wound up stripping it off, cleaning the back of the guard with rubbing alcohol and using double sided 3M molding tape from autozone. Feels solid now.
Also a small brass bristle wirebrush removed that anti-stick powder that comes on rubber products and some dashboard protectant gave it a deeper darker color.

Thanks anrkizm95, your bike sounds like a monster... With a shot of nitrous; What kind of results are you getting from that? It must be insane....
