the bike is just very small.........short tail and lower seat..........thats why I call it the little one.....[cool]

hi.........hmmmmmmm did a few things.......... she is not very tall and I wanted a bike that runs light and smooth for her..........and has some protection for the bike in case she goes down......the bike is a new toy for her...........that why I let the rear passanger pegs on........they disturbe the clean look of the bike.........but are good protection.......lets hope she stays on it.......

New wheel bearings
LSL-Superbike handle bar with Rizoma bar ends
kickash tank cover without decals and new kickash front shield
Pazzo levers for clutch and hand breake
Kellerman LED indicators and new relays
altered clutch mechanism......we grind altered ramps into the stock part to change its leverage and make ist operate with less hand pull

Lightened and coated secondary front pully
Hidden brembo rear brake and new breakline
breaking wave design rear disk

...................and now she tell me that she wants back leathers................to go with the bike.......what did I do wrong?[confused]

you say she's a bit short, maybe go with the low/Scg suspension...black leathers, hmmmm asked Kate Beckinsale for her suite for the gf:D

lightened the pulley, looks good[up]

oops..........loads of questions

Motox6......oh yes......... I forgot to list the mirrors............the Mickey ears are far to painful...........bought these via the net.........forgot who makes them.......will have look

The bike in the background is my current project.....Frontend Aprillia RSV4 Factory Öhlins fork........custom made tripple trees.....Breacktech disks (US-Firm with very good products).....Brembo M4 calipers....Brembo radial pump..........Descacciati thumb break and brembo rear beake......Öhlings shock, PVM custom wheels all body parts carbon.......1208 short stroke engine, JE dome pistons, level 3 Heads, 7 kg less rotating masses, aluminium primary (based on millenium sporster parts that I have modified and constructed to work with the XB), XB RR magnesium priamry cover and full RR alternator set up.....seriously lightned crank.......full titanium bolt kit......custom made headers and akrapovic 2 in 2 exhaust....160 kg...120 BHP at the rear............its a rough incompete list........here is what I am currently working on for this bike with some mates......

thrstmech.......will do when I am in the workshop next time...............its simple maschine work and coating...........gets rid of the uggly pully and looses a lot of weight.....Lucky from Luckyhands does this.......for small money......

thx netty2424..............that was my intension.......the XB is beautiful....I just tried to refine it a little bit more......Erik's work has always been watered down by the company cost controllers that did not allow him use better components and to spend more maschine time on the bikes....

Nice work on the girlfriend's bike! [up][up]

Keep us updated on the other project bike you are working on! That sounds like it is going to be a bad ass ride! Twin Akras on a V-Twin!?!? I want to hear that!! Please get a video of that when you get it all together and fire it up!

thx for your kind comments and interest. I will keep you guys updated...............OK.......once we got the new leathers for the misses I will post a picture..........can't do it without can I.:p...............I very much hope that damm snow will disappear soon so we can take her out.

Regarding the exhaust system that I am currently finishing........total weight (headers/brackets/silencers) is 4.5 kg.............here are a few more pics.

The tricky bit was the sourcing of the parts..........der header flanges are made from stainless steel and water cut titanum........the silencer bracket was contructed from scratch and milled from 7075 Alu by my mate Tom......the brackets are stock carbon ones that have been joined with a special heat resitant resign by another friend on mine who builds small planes to stop the silencers from wobbeling.....titanium Akrapovic cans.......the headers are from Exan (Italien company) they kindly altered the design with almost no additional cost, which I am greatful for, and then the headers have been modified to fit with the Akrapovic silencers by a swiss guy who has a special interst in building exhaust systems for historic bikes (just the right guy for the Buell). Two additional Lamba ports to help us with the engine mapping........

The work space is part of my best mates Tom workshop........he builds plastic injection molds for a living...he lets me use his space....I am totally indebted to him......I have an idea........we talk about it.......when there is spare time we sit down and develop it.......the magic moment comes when the mill spits about what was just in our heads a few hours earlier. I love watching him when he operates the maschine console...........he is like a pianist.........the only difference is the sound of his concert......the sweet noise of metal being shaped :D......we have been working together for 8 years on various bits for the Buell.
