a lot of sag with rider

With a rider on my 97 cyclone i have way i think is a lot of sag. Is there a way to adjust the aspiring for this or is this pretty normal?

Depends on the springs. Stock, not so much. Aftermarket, yes. Also, on aftermarket shocks you can get different spring rates to match rider/passenger weights as needed.
