If one gets in trouble all should. The bikers where in the the wrong for passing in a no passing zone. The driver is in the wrong for hitting them. Both where in the wrong.

I agree, both in the wrong, rider should get a ticket for passing in a no passing zone, then the driver should get attempted murder.

Yeah - no call at all, regardless of their passing in that zone, to intentionally swerve with the intention of knocking them down. Clearly malicious intent was the only reason for that kind of action. That driver should go to jail...for a long time. I'm glad someone got it all on video.

The biker committing a minor moving violation ≠ road raging, ass-splunker, crochet old man, getting a free ticket to kill him:down:

Besides that trailer park, therapy needing, a-hole, crossed the double yellow too. On my planet, that means the infractions cancel out and the biker gets a free shot at killing the old man with no forewarning. Hopefully on camera.

I think everyone can agree he should get a ticket for the no pass zone" most of us have done it for the 35mph drivers in a 55mph zone" but we don't have attempted murder anymore, it's now assault with a deadly weapon, and he should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law! For that and for lying in a criminal investigation about being stung!

This is something that's always on my mind wile legally splitting lanes or whipping around some back country road and a motorist deliberately swerves head on at you.

There are some real lowlife out there who hate bikes and think they're doing some public service by bottle necking you between a semi. He should go to jail...

I live in Pa and I can say that I have passed on double yellow, but only if driver is going below posted speed and you have a clear view, I found this on officer.com, so I think its legal in Pa., please correct me if Im wrong, thanks

(2) When approaching within 100 feet of or traversing any intersection or railroad grade
crossing, unless otherwise indicated by official traffic-control devices.
