Accessory Socket in XB9s

I see the fuse but could not find the socket. Anyone knows where this is and where it's located?

FYI, I want to plug in a GPS and do not want to wire it directly to the battery. I am afraid I will forget to turn it off and drain the battery. Looking for a connection where it powers with the key.

i was considering putting a cigarette lighter socket on the brake hand side of my lighting. exactly opposite of the ignition. i too want to run a gps and there is a large enough area there to mount one. just need more room behind my windscreen.

what year bike do you have? the harness was only pre installed on later years.

2003... one of the first ones. I guess I will have to take out the fuse box and put in a harness. Thanks for the info.

Putting it on the right side like the ignition sounds like a good idea. I will look into that.

I did mine yesterday. It was a tight fit but got it in there.
