How hard is it to remove the emblems on the air box.. I would like to remove them and put EBR ones on.. Any help or ideas on how to do it.. Also would it leave a different color under the emblems from sun fading. Thanks

Hair dryer and fingers got mine off . Though I did it the day I got bike , so would not know about fading .

i did it with both blue airbox with orange decals. can off easy enough, but i replaced them with black ones. in the same spot

i also took white ones off my yellow plastics and had to scrub quite a bit and used some plastic polish to make the lines go away (or as much as i could manage anyway)

i dont want to be able to see the lines or the faded marks i might just leave it but i want white ones

Any time I park in sunlight for too long, they get all gooey feeling and I have to push them back down onto the tank. I just hope nobody realizes this and rearranges them to say "luBe" ...

I pulled mine off at about 18k miles. Fading was pretty bad. It finally took this turtle wax "back to black" 4 stage process to get it all back to blend again.
