i have a 07 xb12r just got it yesterday...it started fine when i picked it up...brought it home and this morning it will not fire...i did remove the rear plastic to replace a turn signal not working. just had the 10000 mile service done from a dealer, plugs were new....it cranks, makes spark, but will not fire up....i tried shooting starting fluid down the intake which did nothing. its about 35 degrees out, but i had a heater aimed at the bike to warm it up....
the battery did get low from trying to start it, so its now being charged...
its my first FI bike...so im not sure what i should be checking...i did do some searching which led me to swap around the relays and still nothing.
any ideas

this sounds silly, but does it have to be put back together to run! lol......the back plastic and seats and airbox is all off....i dont know! lol....

also what light should be on the guage when the iginition is on? nuetral and oil light? is that it?

not sure where the bank angle sensor is on the firebolt but maybe you moved it out of position.

Bank angle sensor is behind the front fairing of xb12r 07. I would go back to what you took off and look around mite of unplugged something.

Is fuel pump priming when you turn key on? I know there is a screw in the rear plastics rite by the fuel pump ,did you unplug it or pull the wire?

i cant believe it but it was 1 bad sparkplug....i took the rear wire off and tested it with a new plug and it was blue....after all day i decided to take the front plug out ,which did look practically brand new, and started it....orange spark! i threw the new plug on that wire and was blue....ran to the parts store...2 new plugs...1 hit of the starter on a weak battery.........
and it fired right up!

thanks guys for helping
