So this is where i gave up for today, didnt have the right t27, had the short one, is there anyway to do it without going back to home depot or sears to buy the long t27., unpluget pretty much the whole wires around, good luck to me putting it back together tomorrow..

And do i need to remove the throtle cable? Or will come out together with the whole thing?
And than yeah i hope when i buy tomorrow the half moon wrench will work easier than the regular one which i could do anything with it!!

Do yourself a favor and go to Buellmods.com and download a service manual.
Or do a 5sec Google search on anything youre having problems or questions with and you'll find stuff like this:

Yes! You'll have to disconnect the throttle cables. Disconnect them first at the grip then at the throttle body. That's the way I do it and it seems work out easiest for me.
Do you have a Buell tool kit? The torx tool in that kit should work and that one torx screw. If not, pony up the 5 bucks for the tool at Home Depot, lowes or where ever. If you plan on working on your bike at all it's an invaluable addition to your tool box.

Did another Google search for ya and found this:

Hope it helps you not mess up your bike
If you have issues getting a 1/4in Allen wrench into the bolts holding the throttle body in place you might need to make yourself a custom Allen wrench.
I cut one so that the short end of the wrench was only about 1/2in in length and its worked every time I've needed it.

Not sure how you think you will ruin your bike. No idea what t27 you have, and no idea what the other t27 you are talking about. I use a t27 socket to get that bolt out on a 1/4" drive ratchet from the top. And it sucks, but I use regular wrenches to get the bolts out.

I done have Manual,I went to home depot bought a set of wrenches and a set of torx, they both helped me but today u just ordered a 1/2 half moon wrench, for the left side of the manifold, i guess i will be fine with that, the other thing is that my t27 Was little short so ill get a long socket for that, and i should be good i guess. I never worked on manifold or things like that and thats why im trying to figure everything out, thank you guys been very helpful, thanks chicknstripin always helpful, and ill get back with more pictures when i start to put things back together, i unpluged many cables around that area so ill probably will need more advices thanks againimage.jpg

Alright so changed the seals "gaskets" put everything back together as it was, bike starts right away but the idle rpm stays lower than it was before little below 1, and bike after 1 minute or so stalls, but i didnt ride the bike just started it and left it idling, rpm goes little up itself and than back little below 1 and after a while bike died the first time! Here are the old seals that i changed one was good and the other one had a crack so here it is image.jpg

What o you guys think can i adjust the idle gas and raise it a little above 1 or do we need a tps reset after the gasket change??

Did the tps reset, still the same, checked the spark plugs, cables and everything around the manifol, seemed to be good, but still the bike was stalling in idle, but running stronger than ever on highway or high rpms, damn it really got me concerned, than i brought the bike at this guy in long island, that works on buells, hung out for a while we couldnt find anything wrong, used ecmspy to see the CEL, nehh nothing.. A closer look at the seals turned out and changed the whole story lol i didnt put "flangs" (not sure if they called thay way)the right way, and there was a gap "hole"between the manifold and the engine (yes that bad) lots of air was going inisde i guess thats what caused the engine to stall, but that thing pulled strong on high rpm, i felt that i was stronger than before lol even tho it wasnt properly installed. So after a really bad day today like really bad, rode that thing like that in the rain, i figured out what the problem was so ill fix it wheni find needed time!!!
