So I was lookin for a cheap firebolt replacement windshield to modify but apparently they don't exist. And by cheap I mean $10-25, I did however stumble on a site,

which sells zero gravity firebolt direct replacement windshields and apparently these shields also fit a 2001-03 GSX-R and a 2001-02 GSX. So theoretically speaking a 01-02 GSX and 03 GSX-R shield should bolt right up to a xbr? You can find these Suzuki shields for $15 on eBay. I know other Suzuki parts match up pretty close with Buell as far as fitment goes so it makes sense the shields would too. The shields themselves look pretty similar too. But hell instead of almost $100 for a new "official windscreen" I'd pay $15 for a shield that would fit or even be remotely close to fitting.
Anyways just stumbled across this earlier figured I'd share and maybe save a few guys a couple bucks. I'll be ordering myself a Suzuki shield tomorrow and post up some pics when it comes in [up]
